All of our products are shipped from Pakistan. We ship via DHL to you anywhere in the World in approximately 4 days once they leave us.

We ship Worldwide, but with recent events there is one country our shipping provider does not ship to and this is Russia.

Please use the measurement guide on each product. If you need to adjust any measurements we would be happy to do these for you. Just add a note to the order or drop us an email and we will adjust any measurements accordingly.

If you have an item you would like making then please get in touch with us. We would be happy to see if we can create your perfect item. We have many years experience at creating the perfect products for satisfied customers.

We aim to manufacture all orders within 20 days of receiving the order and measurements.

We ship via DHL and make every effort to make things go smoothly as possible for all items sent out. However, from time to time a country may stop a package and inspect the contents. If this happens then chances are they will impose some import taxes onto the item before you can receive it. This is completely outside of our control and as such is down to the customer to sort out.

If you have an issue with an item ordered please get in touch. If the size is wrong then we will swap the item for a different size for you.

Please be aware though that returning the item to us (to a UK address) will be at your cost and also the shipping of the new item to you will be an additional cost you will have to pay.

The customer has the right to cancel any order if done so within 10 days of placing the order. This needs to be done via email and a return email from KaramBro stating the cancelled order has been accepted.

If the order has been cancelled after this period, KaramBro will do everything it can to return the order payment 100% to the customer if the item order can be restocked and sold. In the event this is not the case, KaramBro will do everything in its power to work out a solution but this may result in a return of payment that is lower than the money paid for the order. This may be as a result of the item not being able to be resold and the costs incurred with its production (materials, time etc).

If an item does not fit then KaramBro will do everything it can to make sure the customer is happy. If the wrong size item has been ordered, KaramBro will be happy to create a replacement item, but shipping costs for the return of the original item and the shipping of the new item may be required to be paid by the customer.

KaramBro reserves the right to cancel any order should it need to. If this happens then a full refund will be provided tot he customer.

KaramBro has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to online abuse in any way. Should this ever occur, KaramBro reserve the right to cancel any orders, refund the customer concerned and going forward, reserve the right not to accept any orders from this customer.

All images used on KaramBro website and social media accounts are either 100%V owned by KaramBro or KaramBro have acquired permission from the content owner to use such images. No images from KaramBro website or social media may be posted elsewhere and used by a third party unless permission has been received from KaramBro in writing.
