Welcome to the new and improved KARAMBRO website. And apologies!
We made a few mistakes getting things going to start with and it's been a slow start for us in the first month or so. We listened a lot to feedback on all sorts of things so decided to rip apart the old website and start the new one.
Hopefully this time around we have things right!
We changed a lot but if you can see areas we need to improve, we need to know.
After all, our customers are our company.
Two main things to report are that we changed our shipping method and added lots of new countries as well as updated all the shipping rates. We use DHL to send parcels out and knowing that your products are in safe hands is very important to us and also very important to you knowing that once it leaves us its in the hands of experts.
Secondly and more exciting for all of you is we have started a KB Klub. Full details are on other pages, but in a nutshell - the more you interact with this website, buying items, leaving reviews, adding review images etc then the more points you create. And what do points make - REWARDS !
